Refund & Return Policy – Peshawar City Furniture

At Peshawar City Furniture, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture and ensuring customer satisfaction. Every order is prepared with care and attention to quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following Refund & Return Policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Standard furniture products may be eligible for return provided that:

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• The furniture is unused, unassembled, and remains in its original condition.
• Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice are included where applicable.
• The product has not been damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally not eligible for return:

• Custom-designed or personalized furniture
• Made-to-order products
• Clearance or promotional sale items, unless they are received damaged or defective
• Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper assembly

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your furniture arrives damaged or has a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs or videos showing the damage or defect
• A brief explanation of the issue

After reviewing the claim, Peshawar City Furniture may arrange a suitable replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Refund Process

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method.
• Refunds may take approximately 7–14 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
• Original delivery or shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified defective product.

5. Exchange Policy

An exchange may be considered when:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
• The product meets the requirements of this Return Policy.

Custom-made or personalized furniture is generally not eligible for exchange unless the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or does not match the agreed specifications.

6. Order Cancellation

• Standard orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to confirmation from our team.
• Custom furniture orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
• Once production, customization, or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. Return Shipping

Unless a return is required because of an error by Peshawar City Furniture or a verified defective product:

• The customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
• Returned products must be properly and securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
• Additional charges may apply if a returned item is damaged due to inadequate packaging.

8. Inspection & Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt. Peshawar City Furniture reserves the right to approve or decline a return if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
